Does my order come with bottles, tins, frames ?
At Present we are only a PRINT shop. These images are for illustrative purposes only.
We are working on bringing these items in so we are able to provide a one stop shop for all!.

How long will my order be ?
We advise you to place a order atleast 4 weeks before your date of event.
For International orders we advise 6 weeks.
When will you dispatch my order ?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
More complex personalisation may take upto 7 working days.
Do you offer digital files for all your products ?
Unfortunately we do not send Digital Files for any of our work except for the Digital E-vites!.
Are your products completely customisable ?
Yes All of our products are completely customisable from font colors, fonts, sizing and placements.

Do you send proof of work before dispatching ?
All orders placed for personalised products we send proof of work for you to approve!
Please note: If not approved in a timely manner this may delay your order further.
My order has not reached yet what should i do ?
Please get in contact with us via Chat! Be sure to keep a eye on Tracking as once its left us it is out of our control.
Can i return my order ?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns on any of our products as all of them are personalised to you!

Can i collect my order ?
If you are based in Birmingham UK or surrounding areas you are more then welcome to pop in to our studio to collect :)
The Color is slightly off compared to what was seen on the website
We aim to provide a true to life print solution however at times diffrent visual devices may display diffrent colors. Whilst we endeavour to ensure we can get the best match possible!
Whats the best size to get my prints at ?
The Larger the Print the more detailed it is.
We would always advise if you want the absolute best in quality to go for a larger size.
